- No harmful soaps for body wash and use chemical free detergent for washing your clothes.
- Eat well. Eat green. Sleep well and use have the cotton bed sheets.
- Also, keep the stress minimal. Start doing yoga, radiate positive vibes. Indulge yourself in good books and most importantly laugh.
- Try not to go out in the sun often. Prevent yourself from getting sunburnt.
